About Role
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the Food and Beverage areas within the hotel. This position will be responsible for assisting with scheduling, inventories, training new colleagues to resort standards, resolving guest concerns, and aiding as needed in all related departments. This individual shall always strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests.

B- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
