Job Responsibilities
A- Responsible for building strong projects/programs through identifying and implementing possible Improvements.
B- Build and leverage partnerships with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Product Owners and other contributors.
C- Coach program leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Agile Methodology practices and mindsets.
D- Assist in performing unit and integration testing, present final test results, and obtain agreement and approval.
E- Work with Product Leaders to drive the definition and refinement of program backlogs and roadmaps.
F- Continually inspect the process, discover and address major concerns.
G- Help identify and remove impediments; Escalate risks and program needs, as appropriate.
Job Requirements
A- 5+ years experience in Software Development, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis or Project Management operating in an Agile Scrum environment.
B- 3+ years experience working in an agile environment.
C- Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) best practices.
D- Proactive approach and ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with mission/function leaders.
E- Strong communication / interpersonal / influencing skills.
F- Technical background or understanding a plus.
G- Scrum master experience in a complex large-scale enterprise.
