About Role
The CM Associate Network Manager Reports to the CM Operations Manager with responsibility for strategic approach and tactical operations of collaborative manufacturing change management. Lead, develop, and roll out SC CM change management projects impacting CM strategy, approach and execution.

Job Responsibilities
A- Establish and implement collaborative manufacturing change management requirements including process, system, and reporting changes.
B- Manage project timelines, onboarding, and readiness of third-party manufacturers to support innovation & transition requirements.
C- Lead data collection and system item set up of new third-party manufactures and new item set up.
D- Develop process flow diagrams and training documents covering the change management processes for CMs.
Job Requirements
A- Undergraduate Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Technical Field, Finance.
B- A minimum of 5 years’ experience of broad-based Supply chain responsibilities.
C- Significant relevant factory experience and/or strong supply management preferred.
D- A proven track record of strategic analysis, lateral thinking, business process improvement and virtual team leadership.
