POSITIONS: Audio Video Technician
Contract Type: Full-Time

Role-

Troubleshooting and repair of AV products (Projectors – high lumens, Laser projectors) TV, Audio, Video, Cameras, etc), & IT peripherals.
Troubleshooting and repair of Main Boards.
Installation of Projectors, Display panels, Home theatre, and AV Solution products at customer premises, etc.

Job Responsibility-

A- Troubleshooting and repair of AV products, Projectors (high lumens, Laser projectors), and IT peripherals.
B- Meet the KPIs as applicable from time to time.
C- Installation of Display panels, Home theatre and  AV solution products, and networking  & programming at customer premises.
D- Achieve and/or exceed the budgeted revenue / GM.

Job Requirements-

A- Degree (4 years) or Diploma (3 years) in IT.
B- 4-5 years experience working in Audio Video repair.
C- Good Communication Skills.
D- Empathy Customer service and results-oriented Leadership and problem-solving skills.
E- Excellent relationship skills.
