About Role
HKMA Talent Program, the apprenticeship is a 6-month work experience where successful undergraduates will receive a foundation of knowledge and training required to contribute as a valuable resource in the banking industry. The apprentice will receive real-world work experience and add value to their teams during their time at Citi. Assignments focus on attaining basic knowledge of banking and in the compliance area.

Job Responsibilities
A- Support the Compliance Department to design, develop, and deliver best-in-class Compliance programs, policies, processes and practices for ICRM.
B- Coordinate and review various compliance related reports/deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality of contents, as well as timely submission.
C- Identify and propose potential areas for process and product improvement.
Job Requirements
A- 2020 Bachelor Degree Graduates from any local university in any discipline are welcomed.
B- Basic knowledge and interest of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies.
C– Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese)
D- Positive attitude and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibility.
