Our team is looking to attract a Business Systems Analyst for the CPX Engineering PMO Organization. This person will lead and drive Engineering Program Management best practices and serve as the data quality steward for our Agile Discovery process.

Job Responsibilities
A- Experienced in rolling out new processes/standards and driving user adoption.
B- Skilled with analyzing data to assess whether processes/standards are truly being adhered to.
C- An incredible partner to internal stakeholders when capturing, validating, and maintaining business flows.
D- Able to reframe and rethink problems and turn them into opportunities for progress. Demonstrable ability to work in ambiguous situations, and influence teams to arrive at a common consensus.
Job Requirements
A- Skills to operate with utmost urgency and eager to learn and apply new methods & standard methodologies.
B- A Bachelor’s Degree with relevant PMO process development / change management experience with 7+ years of experience.
C- Expertise creating data quality metrics / reporting in various tools such as Excel and PowerBI/Tableau.
