About Role
We are seeking a Manager of Business Development to run a team of Well-Architected business developers and program manager across NAMER. The role entails owning the strategy, execution, and management to scale adoption of AWS architectural best practices across customers and partners through the Well-Architected Program.

Job Responsibilities
A- Obsess about customer’s needs, effectively address common and complex customer and partner issues.
B- Generate novel but simplified solutions to challenging and ambiguous problems.
C- Demonstrates excellent judgement even with limited data and consistently makes appropriate tradeoffs between speed and risk.
D- Reviews work extensively to ensure the highest quality results even with constraints, and pushes improvements.
Job Requirements
A- 7+ years relevant experience in business development or business development management role.
B- 7+ years of skills in accessing and using analytical tools (Excel, Databases, SQL).
C- 4+ Experience working within AWS Partner Network (APN).
D- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence teams and executives.
