About Role
Gaming at Microsoft is on a mission to unite the world with amazing gaming experiences! We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Administrator to join this team. This role will support partner level leaders as well as provide team support. This is a significant growth year, so the team is very dynamic and changing – we need a strong Business Administrator who can help us through a time of constant re-adjustment.

Job Responsibilities
A- Complex calendar management resulting in the manager staying focused on their business priorities, working efficiently and ensuring they are fully prepared and on-time for appointments.
B- Understanding the manager’s priorities to request, accept, reschedule, and decline meetings as appropriate. Includes outstanding communication to teams.
C- Provide team support including headcount management, budget, morale events, catering, and meeting set up.
D- Build and maintain good business relationships with executive level and counterpart administrative staff both internally and externally.
Job Requirements
A- 5+ years of work experience as an administrative assistant/coordinator.
B- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
C- Ability to prioritize work and complete projects on time, demonstrate drive and initiative, maintain confidentiality of information.
D- 1+ years of working in a large multi-national organization with a highly matrixed environment.
