About Role
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join a collaborative healthcare team in the Kailua area.
1- Certified Medical Assistant
Full Time
Kailua, Hawaii, USA
Job Responsibilities
A- Primary duties include, but are not limited to: greeting and checking in patients, checking vitals, pre-appointment consultations, answering phone calls, collecting co-pays, verifying insurances, generating medical record reports, and prepping charts for the following day(s), etc.
B- Primary back office responsibilities include, but are not limited to: closing medical record charts, prepping charts for the following day(s), verifying insurances, obtaining authorizations from MD offices.
Job Requirements
A- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
B- Medical Office front desk experience, 2-3+ yr.
C- Multitasking, quick learner, work with a sense of urgency, and punctuality a must.
D- Intermediate Level.
