A Cloud Security Engineer drives security engineering initiatives across Cisco. The candidate must have both deep security engineering expertise and the ability to partner with offer teams to help build and operate secure cloud offers.

Job Responsibilities
A- Be the voice of the customer and collaborate across various disciplines and functions to create intuitive, cohesive and seamless designs and experiences that are aligned with the company’s brand values.
B- Distill complex problems and propose simple, elegant design solutions.
C- Use design thinking techniques to collaborate with product management to influence strategy and roadmap.
D- Work with the engineering team to ensure technical business needs are met while maintaining a strong focus on the user experience.
E- Plan design capacity and processes across releases and sprints to ensure business commitments are met while purposefully maintaining work/life balance.
F- Partner with user researchers to ensure designs are backed by customer feedback.
Job Requirements
A- 8+ years designing user experiences and interaction design for rich, interactive, consumer or enterprise web applications.
B- A track record of success communicating and driving a design vision.
C- Experience collaborating with senior executives to understand business objectives; ability to present design goals, process and vision to senior leadership.
D- Degree or work experience equivalent in User Experience, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Product or Digital Design.
