POSITIONS: Country Brand Manager
Contract Type: Full-Time

Scope-

The Country Brand Manager for Gulf Oncology will define and drive products growth of Oncology and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and OPEX of assigned brands in coordination with the Category Lead, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets across the Gulf markets (UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait).

Job Responsibility-

A- Own the portfolio strategic management.
B- Select best-fitting modules from Global and cross-EM content; translate and trans-create brand materials as needed.
C- Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project).
D- Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target alignment with Health Representative Manager / Health Solution Partner / Category Lead.
E- Allocate and execute in-country brand budget alignment in collaboration with the Health Representative Manager / Health Solution Partner / Category Lead.

Job Requirements-

A- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing is desired.
B- 5-10 years of commercial experience in the Pharma Industry.
C- 4 years of Marketing experience is required.
D- Experience in working with different channels i.e., digital is a plus.
E- Therapy Area and Gulf market experience is required.
F- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
G- Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
