The position supports a large scale CICS/TS environment running in a zOS parallel SYSPLEX environment with complex multi-tiered applications making heavy use of MRO, IMS, VSAM files and DB2.

Job Responsibilities
A- Outreach to delinquent or high-risk customers to secure payment and determine reason for delinquency on active or inactive loan, deposit and/or credit card accounts.
B- Negotiation of repayment plans on outstanding debt that benefit both the client and lender.
C- Work with customer in a positive and professional manner to establish full balance repayment plans or settlements.
D- Provide consumer credit assistance, including submission of extension requests and other recovery activities.
Job Requirements
A- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
B- Experience supporting zOS mainframe products and/or applications.
C– College degree or commensurate work experience preferred.
D- Credit Assistance and collections experience.
