About Role
This job is a member of the Crew Scheduling Team within the Integrated Operations Division.Responsible for ensuring a complete crew on all American Airlines flights.

Job Responsibilities
A- Monitors flight progress using Crew Watch, LOFDS, and Screen Printer.
B- Operate reporting and messaging tools such as Control Panel, CorpConneX, and the Fatigue Event Management system.
C- Maintains and controls system wide coverage on all flights through coordination with IOC personnel including Pilot and Flight Attendant Scheduling.
D- Modifies existing sequences and creates new crew sequences to maintain schedule operations affected by misconnections, illegalities, flight cancellations and irregular operations.
E- Communicate with crew members using the Voxai phone system.
Job Requirements
A- High School diploma or GED equivalency.
B- Bachelor’s Degree.
C- 1-year Crew Scheduling experience.
D- Knowledge in Operations.
E- Ability to analyze and exercise sound judgment in making decisions based on information gathered/reviewed.
