About Role
In this role, you will be working closely with Site Operations’ field and engineering teams as well as analytics teams across Meta to transform data into actionable insights that improve our data center performance. You will be ensuring the right metrics, dashboards, and insights are created and used to drive action across the global Site Operations team.
1- Data Center Operations Analytics and Improvement Lead

Job Responsibilities
A- Act as the subject matter expert for operations analytics and continuous improvement practices.
B- Work with data engineering/data science and other analytics teams to establish data sources that serve the business needs, identifying and advocating for process improvements and industry best practices (e.g. metric definitions).
C- Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions, key operations, and performance metrics.
D- Drive the right data analytics and statistical analysis to identify operational inefficiencies, opportunities, exceptions, and fault/event correlations.
Job Requirements
A- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering field, data analytics, economics, mathematics, or similar field.
B- 10+ years of current proven experience managing teams that used analytics and continuous improvement methodologies to impact business metrics.
C- Experience influencing effectively, working with cross-functional teams to advance the needs of the team, and adapting as the needs change.
D- Skills to take operational data, tease out useful information, develop an intentional action plan with specific KPIs and improvement goals and drive global impact.
