Job Responsibilities
A- Utilize technical and discovery skills in collaboration with other support operations/organizations to prioritize and diagnose problems to resolution.
B- Recommend and implement optimization and automation to existing technical support tools, procedures, and processes and implement new tools.
C- Provide training for and mentor others on the team.
Job Requirements
A- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a team leader or senior infrastructure specialist in an Agile Project model.
B- Demonstrated experience in a production support environment.
C- Agile methodology, experience on tools such as Trello, GitHub, Jira, Excel, MS Project etc.
D- Good Communication skills and ability to lead global teams remotely.
