About Role
This individual will be responsible for leading the strategy and design for a subset of the portfolio of structured and agile incentives and investments.

Job Responsibilities
A- Define vision, strategy, and design for a set of partner-facing incentives and investments
B- Track program effectiveness (e.g., expected ROI, terms, payout percentages, opportunities for compliant creativity).
C- Lead cross-team steering committees for each incentive or investment to create a One Microsoft approach.
D- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive team culture.
Job Requirements
A- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
B- 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field.
C- 6+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance.
D- Experience defining and leading business strategies from white board to reality.
