Job Responsibilities
A- Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.
B- Be both a highly technical, and an effective people manager.
C- Be a subject matter expert in at least one specific domain (examples: product, product infrastructure, infrastructure, machine learning).
D- Lead teams that deliver on multiple projects of increasing dependencies in an ambiguous or high-impact area.
Job Requirements
A- Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field and four years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
B- Software engineering work experience including hands-on technical management building infrastructure core components.
C- Coding in one of the following languages: C++, Java, Javascript, Python, or PHP.
D- Recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management.
