Job Responsibilities
A- Will be carrying out a wide variety of HR processes supporting hundreds of sites across the US.
B- Perform quality audits of our outsourced vendor also performing administrative, repeatable tasks. This could be backend terminations or just general reporting on hires/terminations.
C- Processes will include being a liaison between field teams and centralized support services.
D- Facility reporting and communications to our broad team (including leadership).
E- Apply good judgement to ambiguous scenarios when the path ahead is not clear.
Job Requirements
A- Must have strong computer skills and be Proficient in Excel!.
B- 3+ year of applicable experience in the following areas (contact center, HR shared services, case/claims management).
C- Excellent verbal communication skills Knowledge of US federal and state leave and disability laws; escalations experience is preferred.
D- Entry Level.
