About Role
The Field Sales Representative (FSR) is responsible for executing local community events to promote and sell senior health plan memberships. The FSR also works in close collaboration with other FSR’s in the market to develop and sustain strong lasting relationships with community partners, building and executing community events focused on generating leads that turn into prospective patients.
1- Field Sales Representative

Denver, Colorado, United States
Salary: 45000 USD – 50000 USD/Year
Job Responsibilities
A- Meet and exceed personal sales target goals (sales targets are tied directly to patient lead generation /qualification).
B- Launch, grow and direct all sales efforts around increasing patient acquisition.
C- Nurture and create leads through regularly scheduled activities and events.
D- Extensive community tabling for brand awareness.
E- Identifies self generated opportunities for market and agent/agency partners.
Job Requirement
A- Associates degree preferred.
B- 1-2 years of outside sales and marketing experience preferred.
C- Prior community partnership experience preferred but not required.
D- Proven multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple mediums of communication simultaneously including, phone, email and chat.
E- Team Player with ability to persuade/convince others to take action.
