About Role
The Sales Coordinator will assist Sales Managers with administrative duties including but not limited to answering phones and assisting clients, managing phone and internet inquires, rental of event space, draft contracts and proposals, assist in managing internal database, and guiding property tours.

Job Responsibilities
A- This position may also assist in selling small and/or short term groups or functions, as directed by the Director of Sales.
B- The ideal candidate is someone that is at their best when navigating new opportunities, charting their own path as it relates to organization, flow and efficiency within an organization, and enjoys working both in a team and independently as the task requires.
Job Requirements
A- At least one year experience working in a support role, preferably at a luxury hotel.
B- Proficient knowledge of computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel.
C- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
D- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
