About Role
Product Marketing Leader to lead the product marketing studio, a team of marketers who partner with our Product Strategy and Operations (PSO) team to build solutions, objective and vertical based narratives that ‘simplify the complex’ and are rooted in customer needs.

Job Responsibilities
A- Partner with the PSO team to create a shared scope of work, unified KPIs and have the ability to iterate as our business needs and priorities shift throughout the year.
B- Develop and implement a Product Marketing strategy, tone of voice and ongoing global positioning for existing and new TikTok For Business advertising products.
C- Lead the creation of our external-facing, industry leading, inspiring product narratives and marketing collateral to drive successful global launches and utilization by regional teams.
Job Requirements
A- 15+ years relevant industry experience.
B- Strong knowledge of performance marketing and media strategy.
C- Experience driving direction and alignment within global, cross-functional teams to drive impact on influencing global product positioning.
D- Proven leadership in growing and building teams.
