About Role
The Group Technical Program Manager for WhatsApp Calling Quality will be responsible for leading a team of technical program managers solving some of the hardest technical challenges in audio/video communications today.

Job Responsibilities
A- Build and lead a team of TPM’s capable of scaling with WhatsApp Calling through a period of continued high-growth while forging tight partnerships with managers and engineers across infrastructure & product teams.
B- Influence technical strategy and vision for WhatsApp Calling platform to solve for optimal media quality at scale across the family of WhatsApp products in close collaboration with product, infra and privacy leaders across the company.
C- Demonstrate an ability to structure an organization and optimize it for execution, including attracting top tier talents and filling out gaps in the existing team quickly to accommodate growth.
D- Manage from the front, prioritize, and drive the bigger mission forward by translating vision into results.
Job Requirements
A- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
B- 10+ years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience.
C- Experience either in an established data storage, real-time communications, cloud computing or mid-sized growth stage company.
