POSITIONS: Help Desk
Contract Type: Full-Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Responsibility–

A- Maintain accurate logs for walk-in customers.
B- Ensure TAT is adhered to and where possible exceeds customer expectations.
C- Sales support.
D- MIS maintenance for requests.
E- Ensure compliance with bank policies.
F-Updating cases in the system timely manner.

Job Requirements–

A- Fluency in Arabic and English.
B- Customer service skills in order to communicate and handle walk-in customers.
C- Deliver professionalism when dealing with customers and other departments.
D- Proactive and very energetic.
E- Highly organized.
F- Accurate MIS system.
G- Ensure customer queries are resolved with the agreed TAT.
H- Excellent communication skills.
I- Previous banking experience in a similar role.
