Job Responsibilities
A- Clear employees for Personal Days, Bereavement, Failure to Call [ATS], Jury Duty.
B- Conduct corrective action [4600s] based on the AWOL report/NAP guidelines.
C- Properly document corrective action hearing outcomes.
D- Follow-up with line management customers to successfully close out open NAP and tardiness issues.
Job Requirements
A- HR, employee relations, labor relations, union, human resources, compensation.
B- 3+ year of applicable experience in the following areas (contact center, HR shared services, case/claims management).
C- 3+ years of HR experience Manufacturing or Union experience Knowledge of employee relations High school diploma.
D- Bachelors Degree preferred.
