About Role
The Human Resources Manager will provide HR leadership and functional expertise as the site HR lead for the Albany and Keeseville New York locations.

Job Responsibilities
A- Lead and fully execute key initiatives that support the PBNA and division strategy.
B- Work with the broader HR team to drive strategic people initiatives and coach site Leadership team to deliver people plan as a meaningful lever of business performance.
C- Understand the intricacies of supporting a 24-hour Manufacturing and Warehouse environment, as well as the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective.
D- Lead and participate in Market & Division level Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
Job Requirements
A- Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related field preferred.
B- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management preferred.
C- A minimum of 5 years of prior Human Resources Generalist, people leadership experience is preferred.
D- Experience supporting front-line, field-based client groups is required; Practicing HR in a manufacturing or distribution environment is strongly preferred.
