About Role
Interact with Tesla technicians and global engineers to develop and improve refurbishment processes, equipment, quality and safety for powertrain and center display related parts. The goal is to minimize refurbishment, manufacturing, and warranty costs, by optimizing quality, failure analysis, and manufacturing processes.

Job Description
A- Expand first principal thinking.
B- Creating Problem analysis for existing material flow operations.
C- Create Line capacity models for Reman M3 battery line.
D- Implementing material flow optimizations.
Job Requirement
A- Educational Background in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
B- Good understanding of BOMs, manufacturability, process design, process validation, design of experiments, assembly methods, design reviews, and cost reduction methodologies.
C- Knowledge of CAD software are a plus (AutoCAD).
D- Experience with time studies, FMEA and 5S.
