About Role
This role works very closely with all Service Quality Regional Leads, whose expertise lies in hands on assessment and understanding of the real functioning of Service Centers and the Service organization.
1- Service Quality Analytics Internship

Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, USA
Job Responsibilities
A- Independently carry out large scale analyses of technical data, and EMEA wide Service Center metrics and identify areas of focus (to support top-down Service Quality projects).
B- Support Regional Service Quality leads in their localized work in i.e. specific countries or Service Centers.
C- Create tools to assist in solving business problems identified by or with the Service Quality Regional Leads and/or other collaborators (i.e. creating temporary excel tooling and then working to develop a business case into Tableau).
D- Clearly communicate results and next steps from analyses completed, trends identified, and tools created.
Job Requirement
A- Strong preference for candidates in Data Science or equivalent.
B- Excellent technical analysis skills (e.g. Microsoft Office applications, modeling, etc.).
C- Proficiency in one or more coding languages is a benefit (R, C++, SQL, etc.).
D- Must be able to work with multiple teams and colleagues from various levels and in different locations.
