Job Description
A- Manages in partnership with the business supervisors, the execution of timely discipline and terminations of attendance violations.
B- Drives all LOA claims, in partnership with the LOA/ADA team members, in a timely manner. Partners with the HRM when final decisions, and problem solving is needed.
C- Case manages COVID related cases with assigned business unit.
D- Facilitates Respectful Workplace Training during NHO and annual compliance periods.
Job Requirement
A- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
B- 1+ years’ experience in a HR related role or HR internship.
C- Outstanding written and verbal communication; must be a clear, concise and persuasive communicator.
D- Evidence of exceptional ability.
