Job Responsibilities
A- The Oracle Cloud Compensation Lead Functional Consultant SME will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement Cloud solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM and Compensation Cloud Service products.
B- The individual must have hands on functional experience with Oracle Compensation and across all major HCM processes integrating with Compensation.
C- This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, application configuration, fast formula application extensions, comprehensive testing to ensure successful go-live, strong understanding of Oracle’s embedded best practices within the product, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support.
D- Additionally, any hands-on development on Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as BI Publisher, HCM Extract, HDL, PBL experience is an added advantage.
Job Requirements
A- Oracle Cloud Lead Compensation Functional Consultant.
B- Act as Oracle Cloud Compensation subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on Compensation business processes and implementation.
C- Hands-on configuration working with functional set up manager in payroll and across Cloud modules.
D- Lead groups in business process re engineering, best practices and personalization.
