About Role
As a Principal Software Engineer in Cisco IOS-XE organization, you will be part of a mission to transform how Enterprise network is used today. You will innovate and build highly scalable software infrastructure and services which will offer a new consumption model to our customers and minimize the operational pains of owning an Enterprise Network. You will think big, think ahead, disrupt, and lead the industry.

Job Responsibilities
A- You will work with our stakeholders, partners, and customers to define, provide architecture, design, and deliver highly scalable, resilient and high performance software infrastructures and network services in Cisco IOS-XE.
B- You will also be writing technical specifications, developing code, helping review specifications and code for other software engineers/leads on the team.
C- Presenting technical ideas and solutions in internal and external forums,
D- Leading and coaching peer Engineers/Technical leads, and advising the senior Management in technical strategy.
Job Requirements
A- Deep and broad understanding of Enterprise networking products and solutions.
B- 15+ years of experience in Sr technical IC role.
C- Ability to collaborate with multiple products and functional teams and lead them to converge on technical strategy and solution.
D- Experience of designing and developing distributed system and infrastructure software and services for Public and Hybrid cloud.
