About Role
Cisco’s Storage Area Network TAC team is looking for candidates with Storage Area Networking experience to include experience with disc arrays, configuring servers to connect to disc arrays, and interoperability between them.

Job Responsibilities
A- You will provide 2nd/3rd level technical support on a worldwide basis 24 x 7 x 365 to Cisco customers, partners, account teams, and other TAC engineers.
B- Using on the job training, team members provide support for MDS, Nexus 9K, Nexus 7K, and 5K/2K suite of switches (both hardware and software)
C- You will collaborate with Cisco customers, partners, account teams, and other TAC engineers to independently troubleshoot & debug product problems.
D- Our engineers require analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve product and network problems of moderate to high complexity.
Job Requirements
A- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5 years of post-baccalaureate, progressive experience in related occupation. OR Master’s in a technical field with 1 year of progressive experience.
B- Experience or Certifications in one or more of the following is preferred- CCNA, CCNP, CCIE.
C- Prior customer support experience is preferred.
D- Great verbal and written communication skills.
