About Role
The Maintenance Tech 2 is responsible for performing routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, change over’s, adjustments, and repairs of production and process equipment, for the facility and/or utility equipment. This position must adhere to all SOPs, cGMPs, and plant quality, safety, and documentation systems requirements. Other related duties essential to these operations or special assignments as required.
1- Maintenance Technician II – 12 Hour Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm)

Job Responsibilities
A- Perform activities on production or packaging machinery such as: set up, adjust, repair, maintain, change tooling, strip and clean equipment, diagnosis and repair minor local electrical / mechanical problems, perform preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance, performs specification checks.
B- Interprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications; determines sequence of operations and method of setup; uses a variety of machinist’s hand tools and precision measuring instruments; makes standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work, tooling, feeds, and speeds; measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points to lay out stock for machining; fits and assembles precision parts into mechanical equipment and determines material, parts, and equipment required.
Job Requirements
A- High School Diploma or GED.
B- 2+ years of mechanical and maintenance experience.
C- Excellent computer user skills.
D- Functional or Technical Knowledge of basic discipline.
E- Good verbal and written communication skills.
F- Sound interpersonal, decision making and problem solving skills.
