About Role
Customer Accounting Specialist (CAS) is responsible for coordination of office operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy within the branch Sales offices.

Job Responsibilities
A- Sustain daily operations within branch Sales office(s). Including: contractor set up, weekly time and expense verification, as well as management of unbilled items meeting set personal and team goals.
B- Ensure compliance with client’s expectations around time and expense entries.
C- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures and standards providing feedback and/or recommendations to Field Accounting Supervisor and Managing Director regularly.
D- Verify contractor record processing within internal system, Bullhorn to ensure compliance and accurate pay and bill set up.
Job Requirements
A- Superior customer service skills.
B- Experience in general office or administrative duties Previous experience with E-Verify and/or Form I-9.
C- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Internet navigational experience.
D- Outstanding organization and time management skills.
