As an EAP Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the provision and use of work-life employee assistance and management consultant resources.

Job Responsibilities
A- Determines purpose of call by actively listening and interacting with callers, triages call in a professional and timely manner.
B-Assess client’s needs; researches and articulately communicates information regarding pertinent EAP/Worklife services and resources.
C- Recognizes crisis situations and evaluates for needed action to minimize risk.
D- Performs appropriate research in internal databases and online to identify potential providers and resources.
Job Requirements
A- 1-2 years Experience preferred in a social, psychological or human.
B- service field providing client support.
C- 1-2 years’ experience in call center environment preferred.
D- Behavioral Health experience.
