Lead Director Benefit Automation and Business Rule for CVS Health, you will act in the role of benefit automation leader across all Client Services departments. You will coordinate departmental automation onboarding, business rules and projects, ensuring consistency in all deliverables.

Job Responsibilities
A- Strong Leadership Competencies in the areas of Inspiring Trust, Open Communication, People Development, Strategic Focus.
B- Well-developed written communication, oral communication, and presentation skills.
C- Experience using a business rules engine to transform data.
D- Advanced business management skills including: operations, forecasting, finance, accounting, resource/materials management, distribution, QA/QC, statistical analysis, and reporting.
Job Requirements
A- 10 years of experience in managing product development teams.
B- 5 years of experience within the PBM or Managed Care fields.
C- Technical business rules engine experience.
D- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
