About Role
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for Branch Banking as part of the Consumer and Small Business Banking division. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business.

Job Responsibilities
A- Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach as well as proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially.
B- Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
C- Receive direction from managers and exercise judgement within defined policies and procedures.
D- Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships.
Job Requirements
A- Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
B- Ability to educate and connect customer to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
C- Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
D- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
