Job Responsibilities
A- Develop, document and execute engagement administration work instructions, workflows and operating procedures related to all aspects of the engagement including monitoring and tracking tasks and deliverables, engagement delivery logistics, scheduling, and asset management and/or facilities management.
B- Assess, analyze and resolve complex engagement issues, problems and/or challenges.
C- Oversee time charges, expenses and billings on assigned engagements; time and expense reporting and tracking against budgets.
D- Maintain current and accurate engagement work papers including proper storage, tags, labels and file details.
Job Requirements
A- 2 years of experience demonstrating strong project management skills in a professional environment, preferably including resource planning and/or supervisory responsibilities.
B- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and demonstrated skills.
C- Strong organizational and time management skills; a proven commitment to accuracy, quality and timeliness.
D- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
