About Role
Ring is seeking a Ring Security Experts Market Manager to join its team of high performing individuals to that help launch new business verticals and improve the consultation experience for all our Neighbors (customers).The Experts Market Manager is heavily focused on providing real time coaching and feedback to their team of Ring Security Experts, as well as working on special projects and new initiatives.This role is critical to the success and growth of Ring’s Product Discovery and Growth organization.

Job Responsibilities
A- Carry out supervisory responsibilities including team meeting facilitation, audits, coaching conversations, performance development/management, onboarding, reward and recognition, and effective conflict resolution.
B- SPerform deep dive analysis on select situations to gather lessons learned, and use that information to update internal reference materials and processes.
C- Provides ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to team members needed to achieve sales goals and highest standards of customer service.
D- Individual success will be measured through team level as well as program KPI’s and Quality Assurance standards.
Job Requirements
A- Associate’s Degree or above in related Technology field.
B- 2+ years of Sales experience.
C- Prior Experience in a virtual environment or call center setting.
D- High School Diploma.
E- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
