About Role
As a Recruiting Lead, you will be responsible for managing and empowering a dispersed team of recruiters and sourcers, supporting leadership across Knowledge and Information UX (i.e., Ads, Search, Assistant, Innovation, Geo, Payments and Commerce) to define and execute a global hiring strategy.

Job Responsibilities
A- Act as a trusted advisor and create, steer, and evolve a talent acquisition strategy that anticipates business needs, grows in scale and efficiency, and ensures robust candidate representation.
B- Improve the hiring systems that process an immense number of candidates while ensuring a marvelous candidate experience.
C- Make decisions, influence leaders, build strategies, and manage teams using analytical tools.
D- Provide purpose and direction to the team through a clear, inspirational outlook and empower them to do impactful work by removing barriers and creating meaningful connections.
Job Requirements
A- 8 years of experience in staffing an executive search firm, recruitment agency, or in-house corporate talent team involving the execution of talent searches.
B- 6 years of experience developing, leading, and managing a team.
C- Experience managing teams, building and delivering applicant pipelines, planning/executing strategy, and influencing leaders and partners.
