Job Responsibilities
A- Coach Safety, Quality and Productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work
B- Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives
C- Monitor ANDON occurrences. Be the first responder as secondary support.
D- Through Process Confirmation, verify that the line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts.
Job Requirements
A- High School Diploma or GED.
B- 2+ years’ supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
C- 1+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office.
D- Bachelor’s Degree.
