Job Responsibilities
A- Build, handle, mentor, and lead a highly functioning team of technical & functional employees.
B- Be a domain specialist of Sales Crediting and Compensation, but you will also be responsible for the end-to-end solution and contribute towards delivering the architecture blueprint.
C- Solid understanding of Financial Quarter End, Mid Year, and New Year Sales Readiness.
D- Interest in grasping complexities of Cisco’s revenue generation and Seller compensation domain and drive technical/functional design and requirement discussions.
Job Requirements
A- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field.
B- 10+ years of experience in Software development & 5+ years of Technical architecture & Design leadership.
C- Experience with relational databases, Oracle SQL/PL SQL, Java or SAP is ideal.
D- Full stack development experience is a plus.
