About Role
The Diversity Pipeline Manager serves as a key member of the diversity recruiting team to provide authoritative advice on effective sourcing strategies, handle candidate pipelines, and determine areas of opportunity. This role will work closely with the Director and recruiting teams to provide input into pipeline management, diverse talent sourcing strategies and real-time feedback on strategy efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
A- Implement innovative and effective diversity sourcing strategies for experienced talent.
B- Provide input on pipeline management, and diverse talent sourcing strategies based upon real-time feedback on strategy.
C- Connect pipelined candidates to experienced hire recruitment for current and future open requisitions and track hires.
D- Review analysis on business / function diversity data to determine appropriate areas of focus
Job Requirements
A- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience.
B- Minimum 5 years developing and delivering results for recruitment programs.
C– Proven skills with Data Analytics and the ability to analyze and talk to trends, etc.
