Job Responsibilities
A- Manage vendor operations, including overall vendor performance in the region, vendor selection, consultation, and overall vendor operations strategies.
B- Structure/execute operational and strategic initiatives for YouTube Trust and Safety Vendor Operations by developing plans, gathering/synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing compelling, insightful recommendations.
C- Synthesize analysis to deliver actionable, insightful, and data-driven recommendations (e.g., cost-benefit, risk-coverage-quality, forecasting, and impact analysis).
D- Partner with cross-functional teams locally and globally to drive continuous improvements at scale.
Job Requirements
A- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
B- 5 years of experience managing vendor operations across multiple geographies.
C- Experience with program management in operations, strategy, and planning.
