POSITIONS: Facilities Manager
Contract Type: Full-Time

Description-

Facility Manager will be fully responsible and have the authority for the management and performance of facilities management services. He/she will be also responsible for the performance of dedicated Engineers and their teams, in addition to all specialist service providers.

Responsibility-

A- Conduct Meetings with Owners Association Management and residents.
B- Residents’ contractor/Fit-out vendor site induction coordination. Move-in and Move-out coordination.
C- Experience launching community initiatives.
D- Maintain verbal and written communication with the client and residents.

Requirements–

A- Minimum degree qualification in an engineering-related field or with non-technical but having community management experience, higher education in community management will be an advantage.
B- Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in a community management field with a recent history of working in facility management environments. In-depth experience in managing service providers, customers, and property-related services is a prerequisite as is the management of the technical biased team.
C- Sound knowledge and proven record in the facility management of large accounts.
D- Should have UAE Driving License.
E- Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
