About Role
The Marketing Finance Associate Manager supporting the PBNA Equipment Innovation Development team is the key contact responsible for providing the financial expertise and recommendations that enable effective decision making for equipment innovation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
A- Serve as the finance business partner to Equipment Innovation team.
B- Own all detailed financial analyses and Stage Gate support for equipment innovations, including P&L/ business case development, financial forecasting, and identification of risks and success metrics.
C- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, IT, Design, Sales and Strategy.
D- Lead Annual Operating Plan development in collaboration with Marketing and Corporate FP&A teams.
Job Requirements
A- MBA/master’s in finance or Strategic Business area preferred.
B- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance or Business Administration preferred).
C- 5-10 years of progressive responsibility with supervisory experience, in some of the following areas: Financial Planning and Analysis, evaluating business performance, Financial Accounting and Control. Functional finance experience is a plus (e.g. Marketing, Sales, R&D, Operations.
D- Experience with forecasting and budgeting.
