About Role
Aston Carter is looking for a Medical Receptionist in the Baltimore.
1- Medical Secretary
Full Time
BALTIMORE, Maryland, USA
Job Responsibilities
A- Will be utilizing EPIC software to schedule patients.
B- Will be getting per-authorizations for insurance for patients before them come in for surgeries, appointments, check ups.
C- Will be calling Dr. offices/hospitals for pre-op results.
D- Will be verifying insurance on a daily basis.
Job Requirements
A- Must have at least 1+ years of medical front desk/secretary/patient access or back office experience within a Hospital or HIGH VOLUME MEDICAL CLINIC.
B- Previous EPIC experience highly preferred so they can hit the ground running.
C- Must have at least high school diploma.
