About Role
The Quality Control Microbiology group is seeking a highly motivated candidate to provide oversight and support to a team focused on PCR-based methods for new products, including mRNA vaccines.
1- Manufacturing Resource Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
A- Ensure all aspects of testing (e.g. testing and data review) are planned, scheduled and conducted to meet required timelines.
B- Review and approval of GMP documentation such as data, reports, procedures.
C- Oversight and review/approval of investigations, CAPAs and change controls. Ensure agreed upon timelines are met.
D- Provide leadership and direction to a team of 6-10 analysts with varying levels of experience (both full time employees and contractors). Coach, mentor and develop staff.
Job Requirements
A- B.S. in microbiology with a minimum of 10 years experience in a GMP regulated environment with 5+ years’ experience in a leadership/management role within a GMP regulated QC laboratory.
B- Knowledge and practical application of relevant techniques – PCR based assays and methodology.
C– Experience with performing PCR based assay is required.
D- Knowledge of GMP compliance requirements for Quality Control Laboratories.
