About Role
As a Quality Data Analyst on our TikTok US content safety team, you will work cross functionally with R&D, Strategy & Analytics, Policy, Training, and Operations teams to provide the metrics and data that influence content moderation strategies and processes. This role will play a key role in using data and insights to map out processes to further develop Trust and Safety quality programs and content moderation strategies.

Job Responsibilities
A- Develop, drive and deliver on forward-looking, data-based strategies to shape trust and safety policies.
B- Provide concise, clear, and data-supported analysis on various Trust and Safety Policy issues for TikTok.
C- Create action plans to resolve complex issues and drive quality improvement.
D- Identify improvement areas for vendor performance and work closely with internal stakeholders and vendor leadership to prepare solutions.
Job Requirements
A- 3+ years experience in Trust & Safety, or similar industry experience.
B- Experience creating analysis reports and conducting RCAs.
C- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, create reports and maintain documentation..
D- Creative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability execute under pressure and meet deadlines.
