About Role
We are looking for a dynamic communications professional with a background in business and monetization product storytelling to join our Global Communications team as a Product Communications Manager.As part of the Global B2B Communications team at TikTok, you will play a leadership role in highlighting TikTok’s product vision for a brand audience, along with spotlighting innovative solutions that help brands tap into the platform, build a meaningful presence with the TikTok community and see real-world impact.

Job Responsibilities
A- Take the lead in building awareness of our brand and products through media and industry-facing initiatives that articulate our mission, values and technology.
B- Work with regional and global teams to develop and scale clear narratives around our business and monetization products and the broader impact they have on our business.
C- Create blog posts, media pitches, and launch materials to amplify global product launches and initiatives, working closely with regional teams to adapt these announcements to their local markets.
D- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and provide regular communications counsel to leaders across our Product and Partnerships teams.
Job Requirements
A- 8+ years of work experience in product or B2B communications.
B- Experience leading media strategy, mentoring team on strategic media opportunities, and working directly with reporters, editors, researchers, industry analysts, and other key external stakeholders.
C- Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
D- Exceptional listening, problem-solving, and verbal and written communications skills.
