POSITIONS: Officer – LEARNING
Contract Type: Full-Time
Location: Sharjah, UAE

ROLE-

The incumbent’s core responsibility is to provide professional and dedicated training solutions thereby offering total coverage of all appropriate training needs to the employees. Additionally the role also requires to fulfil and manage the internal & external learning interventions and ensure support to employees for the successful completion of the training programs.

Job Responsibility–

A- Comply with the Central Bank mandate requirements and the imposed consumer regulation standards to the targeted nominees.
B- Ensure the collection of KPI results periodically as scheduled, and compare with matching assigned targets.
C- Coordinate new Joiners Induction Program as per the agreed action plan.
D- Coordinate all L&D requirements for the banks workforce effectively as per the approved plan and create a readiness to incorporate flexibility for unprecedented occurrences.

Job Requirements–

A- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking sector or similar function.
B- Fields: Learning & Development.
C- Strong in both oral and written : English and Arabic.
D- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
E- The ability to multitask and prioritize work.
